Selection of historical and contemporary materials on public and private catering spaces, from the cafeteria / restaurant in the Triennale to the Nicholson Cafe in New York, and a choice of images, graphics and photographs ranging from the domestic kitchen to the home-cooking.

Project / Home Cooking – 50s Graphic

To expose the different photos and posters of the 50s, abandoned books were used, in which, in a creative process of weeks, the pages were cut at different levels reinventing the idea of ​​the book as an exhibition frame. The images are applied to the new levels of the books.
